Neil A. Katz

We were approached to migrate this site for real estate consultant and investor Neil A. Katz from Hubspot to Wordpress. It was requested to migrate all existing pages, content and forms as well as re-building the existing Hubspot theme from scratch for Wordpress.

This theme was built to not only maintain the look, layout, style and functionality of the existing site, but also keep speed, security and stability into consideration.

No theme/page-builders were used, meaning no excess bulk or overweight depdencies (plugins) slowing down the site.

The home page fully loads in an impressive 1.1 seconds, while keeping the page size down to roughly 0.7mb.

Inner pages have the same performance if not better.

This theme is fully editable, with custom content blocks to make it easy to add, remove or re-order page elements easily without having to edit code.
